"I engaged Mrs. Doolittle's Pet Services for the first time, for a period of a month whilst I was out of the country.
I felt very reassured from the first visit before I left that my two cats would be in good hands.Mrs Doolittle was excellent in keeping in touch whilst I was away, and the Facebook updates with photos of the cats were a lovely touch so I could see how my two cats were doing. I think this was the first occasion when I got home that I wasn't actually given the cold shoulder when I returned, which indicated to me that the cats were very relaxed. All in all, I thoroughly recommend this service."

She is reliable and absolutely loves animals, so I know Rolo is looked after and has great fun with her. "Cats are creatures of habit and my three are no different. They love nothing more than to curl up in their favourite sunny spot by the window and snooze through the day. I'm a bit pathetic when it comes to Sweetie, Munchkin and Bella. In the absence of real children -- they're my babies. Having rescued and raised each of them since they were four weeks old, I hate the idea of tearing them away from their favourite sunny spots and putting them in a cage at kennels whilst we are away. When I found out about Mrs. Doolittle--I was thrilled. Now we can travel 100% guilt-free knowing that our cats are happy, well looked after and cared for in the comfort of their own home environment. It's also super reassuring to know that Mrs Doolittle is going in every day to check on the house (this proved really helpful in fact when it rained and our roof leaked!). I really don't know what we'd do without Mrs. Doolittle. "I would like to highly recommend Mrs. Doolittle's Pet Services. I had heard nothing but stellar reviews for her services and decided to give her a try. Turns out the rave reviews are well deserved! I hired Mrs Doolittle twice to care for my tortoise while I was out of the country. He wanders free in my walled garden and I have never put him in a terrarium, so I needed someone trustworthy to come to my home and care for him. This not only involves feeding and watering him, but also patiently trolling through my garden searching for him under plants and in the holes he loves to dig. Mrs Doolittle showed up at our initial consultation, which was free of charge, with home made cookies for my dog. He promptly fell in love with her. He was traveling with me for the summer, and has never been kenneled, but I would have no hesitation in leaving him in her care. Her love for animals is obvious. While I was away she was reassuring and very accommodating when I needed to extend the care period with little notice due to a family crisis. I got to see pics of my tortoise on Facebook and read about the extra tidbits she brought him to snack on. She also let me know when she noticed a water leak at my home so I could inform my landlord from overseas. I have no doubt you will feel confident when you leave your beloved animal in the care of Mrs. Doolittle, and will return home to a happy and healthy pet." --J.S. |

"After Mrs. Doolittle's Pet Services was recommended to us by a work colleague, I utilized the serviced for our two guinea pigs over the summer of 2010 for a month. During this time we found the service to be caring , efficient and reliable. It was reassuring to know that our pets were being looked after in an extremely caring and safe environment. We found Mrs. Doolittle to be very accommodating, willing to make the best possible arrangements for out pets to suit our personal circumstances. She also had access to vet facilities during their care when required. Our guinea pigs were returned to us healthy and happy.
